The band led by Swiss singer and songwriter Janine Cathrein has created a world of its own: a collective, a family, a space for radical emotional honesty. With their latest album "Everything", Black Sea Dahu goes deeper than ever before - not by reinventing themselves, but by revealing even more of what has always been there: the willingness to make themselves vulnerable, hope, self-reflection, grief and the quiet beauty of carrying all of this at once. The new songs emerged from a wave of grief: the loss of Janine's father and the feeling of living in a world struggling with itself. On stage, the band exudes a special magnetism - their concerts, sold out across Europe, become intense moments of collective feeling. In 2026, Black Sea Dahu returns to the road with "Everything" - intense, honest and deeply moving. Straddling indie folk, chamber pop and art rock, the music resists every label. It does not seek to impress - it seeks to connect, to carry, to survive. In a deafening world, Black Sea Dahu offers something rare: quiet truthfulness.
