## About the party

Carsten 'Erobique' Meyer is a genre all of his own. After every bus carrying the latest disco revival of the moment has passed him by - and come back again - over the past 25 years, there is simply no other way to put it. Whenever the word goes around that "Erobique is in Berlin", countless dance-crazy people aged between 18 and 80 look forward to sweaty, almost sacred hours filled with improvised disco licks and hair-raising vocal performances. As Germany's self-proclaimed, for now, last discopunk, the "living disco ball" (FAZ) takes great pleasure in breaking up the monotony of beat-mixed laptop DJ culture and delighting his fans with sweat-inducing dance marathons, spontaneous ballad interludes and wildly quoted wedding classics. Releases are rare (Mirau, Acid Jazz, Asexy). Don't miss the chance to be there as Erobique, true to the motto "Grace Under Pressure", transforms the fossils of the past 50 years of dance music into the finest disco diamonds before your very eyes. Have fun dancing outdoors with the whole family!
