Get ready for a culinary treasure hunt that takes you to fantastic wine and food venues, where unique taste experiences await, with carefully selected wines and delicious bites. Along the way, you will delve into Berlin's fascinating history and discover fascinating insights into pop culture, regional winegrowing and much more - a tour that sparks your curiosity and engages all your senses. Unlike traditional guided tours, you navigate your way independently through Prenzlauer Berg alongside other culinary explorers, equipped with riddles and clues, just like a scavenger hunt. Each riddle you solve reveals the next venue on your journey and gives you an unforgettable experience filled with fun and curiosity. Our Wine & Food scavenger hunt takes you from one wine hotspot to the next in one or two groups. Depending on how the groups are organised, your tour starts at 3:00 pm . Together with your group of 8 to 14 other food lovers, you make your way from one venue to the next and meet fantastic culinary experts along the way. As with a classic tasting, you sample a selected wine or a bite at each venue and hear interesting information from the experts about the venue and the delicacies on offer. Afterwards, you can take a quick look around the venue before heading to the next stop. This way, you experience the diversity of Berlin's wine and food scene as well as the joy of finding new places and solving intriguing riddles. So get ready for an unforgettable afternoon, where you can also meet some great new people along the way. Depending on the stop, either the first glass of wine or the first bite is included, so you can fully enjoy the variety of culinary delights. From a wine shop to a wine bar to a restaurant, you can look forward to fantastic wine and food venues with delicious specialities! All the venues are within walking distance of one another. We can tell you in advance that the self-guided Wine & Food tour takes place in Prenzlauer Berg. You meet your group at a central meeting point in Berlin, where you start your scavenger hunt. We will send you all the other information by email one day before the event. IMPORTANT: You need a smartphone with internet access to take part in this tour. You can sign up with friends or family, or of course on your own. Each group consists of 8 to 14 people who take the tour with you, so you are never alone!
