0711 - Wir feiern rein!

StadtPalais - Museum für Stuttgart is dedicated to the love of our city and is starting a new tradition: From now on, we will celebrate Stuttgart's birthday every year around November 7! For the grand launch, we are teaming up with the people who have shaped the city's sound and way of life like few others: To mark the 30th anniversary of the 0711 brand, we are dedicating the evening to the origins of this iconic Stuttgart movement.

Programme & highlights

• 7:00 pm | Panel discussion with readings (Foyer) No other medium captures the 0711 brand as powerfully as the lyrics that make up Stuttgart's hip-hop history. As part of the panel discussion, we will read an exclusive selection of these song lyrics, which will serve as a starting point for the panel guests to share stories, anecdotes and insights into the founding scene. The discussion will be accompanied by a visual journey through time with contemporary photographs.

Panel guests: Emil "Emilio" Calusic, Linda Crvadiku, Heike Lorenz, Jean-Christoph "Schowi" Ritter and Johannes "Strachi" Graf Strachwitz

• Afterwards JOY,  DJ Schowi and DJ Emilio will serve up the hottest sounds from the Kessel and far beyond!

An event in cooperation with 0711.
