Here's the deal: nobody picks their own opponent. Not the comedians, not the host. Two comedians get pulled from the crowd, handed the power of selection, and told to decide the fates of people they met eleven minutes ago.

ROUND ZERO - THE SHOWCASE
Each comedian gets three minutes of stand-up to show you what they've got. Their timing, their style, the joke they lean on when they're nervous. This is the only intel you're getting. Use it.

ROUND ONE - SELECT SCREEN
Player One and Player Two step up and choose. Matchups locked. No vote, no committee, no take-backs - just two people making a decision the whole room has to live with.

ROUND TWO - THE ROAST
Two comedians. One mic. Jokes written specifically about the person standing three feet away. Winners advance. Losers leave with the damage.

FINAL BOSS - THE SECRET COMEDIAN
The last one standing doesn't get to rest. A comedian nobody announced walks out of the dark, and the final round is fully improvised. Nothing written. Nothing prepared. Nothing survivable.

It's a live comedy night - proper stand-up, sharp roasts, and a format that turns the whole thing into a tournament you help run. Part comedy show, part blood sport, part arcade cabinet.
