Do I have to show ID at the entrance, and is there an age restriction for the event?

The statutory youth protection regulations apply. Admission is only permitted for people aged 18 and over. Every visitor must be able to identify themselves with their ID card or passport.

How do I get to the event by public transport, and what about parking?

We recommend travelling by public transport, which runs continuously on New Year's Eve. Matrix is very conveniently located directly at Warschauer Strasse U/S-Bahn station. Connections: Metro U1 Warschauer Strasse // S-Bahn S5/S7/S75 Warschauer Strasse // Tram M10/13 Warschauer Strasse underground station

The name on the registration/ticket does not match the participant's name. Is that a problem?

The tickets are not personalised and are therefore transferable.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, refunds are not possible. However, tickets can be transferred privately.

Do I have to bring a printed ticket?

As a Wi-Fi network can occasionally fail, we always recommend bringing a printed ticket. Please make sure the barcode is clearly visible, as it must be scanned!
