Soul Explosion Berlin

For 25 years, the Soul Explosion has been raging through Berlin clubs! We're thrilled to be celebrating again on June 13th, 2026. The Soul Explosion takes place every second Saturday of the month at the beautiful Privatclub in Berlin. DJ King Dynamite mixes music primarily from 1966 to 1976, played from original vinyl, mostly 45s. You won't find many of the usual soul hits on his playlist; instead, he focuses on lesser-known tracks that will have the dance floor shaking. Deep funk transports you to a bygone era, touching you or unleashing unbridled energy that will send you into ecstatic frenzies. No one will be able to resist dancing, and no shirt will stay dry. The set is rounded out with "boogaloo" tracks, originally played by Latin American immigrants, especially in New York. He'll also be mixing in some seriously hot tracks from West Africa. We can't wait!
