We all love raves - we celebrate, let loose, and test our limits. This is definitely important for our development. But what is just as important is balance, self-care, relaxation & integration.

With SPA YOUR RAVE, you get both sides: Celebration & Regeneration - sweating, dancing, sound & mocktails, and finally a gentle Sound Bath to melt down.

An evening of sauna infusions, culinary highlights, movement, music, cacao, connection & conscious relaxation.

The October Edition: Harvest & Integration

After a long festival summer full of experiences, encounters, movement and inspiration, the time is slowly arriving to turn inward again.

What has this summer brought?

What would you like to take with you?

What is ready to settle and find its place?

We start the evening together with cacao, a check-in and a small intention - a warm transition from the outside to the inside and a moment to consciously arrive with yourself and in the evening.

From there, we move on to heat, music, movement, food and connection - until we bring the evening to a close together in the Sound Bath.

An evening for sweating, enjoying, dancing, winding down and integrating.

A bright loft with a living-room vibe, plants, piano, plenty of opportunities to sweat, shower & bathe, an aquarium & light installations.

Intimate, cosy living-room feeling, safe space - with a touch of after-hours vibes.

GOOD TO KNOW - please bring:

• 2 towels (1x for the sauna session, 1x for showering)
• Bathrobe & comfortable clothes for the Sound Bath & chilling

HEALTH INFORMATION

• Heat: Not suitable for cardiovascular problems, pregnancy or acute infections.
• Sound Bath: Not recommended for epilepsy or acute mental health crises, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.

About me:

I trained in acting and singing, am a qualified Sound Medicine Coach and run my own events company. I have organised events all my life - from raves to self-care processes and coaching - and in the process learned how to hold space and create a genuine atmosphere. Music, sound and connection run through everything I do.
