Let's be real, meeting someone in your 30s, 40s and even 50s shouldn't mean downloading another dating app or sitting through a painfully organised singles event.

Sometimes you just want to go to a good bar, order a drink and know that the person you've been making eyes at for the last twenty minutes is actually single too.

That's exactly what we're doing at Sprudl & Mett on October 22.

We're filling one of Frankfurt's favorite neighborhood bars with 35+ singles, good wine, great drinks and people who are genuinely open to meeting someone. Nothing complicated, nothing forced. Come by after work, bring a single friend or show up on your own. Grab a drink, find a spot at the bar and see where the night takes you.

Maybe you end up talking to someone completely outside your usual type. Maybe you finally make the first move. Maybe you stay for one more glass because the conversation is getting good.

And if someone asks where you met? "We met on Thursday."
