You create an organizer account, which costs nothing, and enter the party in the organizer area. Before your first publication we need your complete legal imprint details. A person reviews your first party, which takes 1 to 7 days. After that your partys go live straight away.

The account, the partys and free tickets cost nothing. On paid tickets Stripe keeps its processing fee, and on the Standard account we invoice 0.2% + CHF 0.20 per ticket sold. The paid plans waive that fee.

The venue page has a button for it, visible once you hold an organizer account. You leave a contact address and some proof, we review the request and then transfer the venue to your account.

Log in and open My tickets. The QR code and the PDF for every order are there. Because there is no guest checkout, an account always exists under the address you bought with. Personalised tickets can only be downloaded once the attendee details are filled in.

Write a real description, not two lines: pages without text get taken out of the index. The platform handles the translations itself on publication, so you don't need five language versions. Artists and genres link your party from artist and genre pages, and for social there are ready-made promo images. The homepage is curated by hand, and that slot is not for sale.

The confirmation is automatic and instant. The reply is written by a person, usually within one to two working days. There is no hotline and no live chat.
