Can I close reservations a few hours before the event?

Yes. Set a default reservation cutoff (e.g. 2 hours before start) and a separate cancellation cutoff (e.g. 24 hours before) at the venue level, and override them for individual events.

What happens if a guest doesn't show up?

A daily job automatically marks confirmed reservations as no-show after the event ends. You can also mark no-shows or completions manually from the dashboard.

Does this cost extra?

No. Table reservations are included at no extra cost, exactly like ticketing. There's no separate fee or plan to unlock.
