Delete your account

You can delete your Partynado account yourself at any time. It is gone immediately and cannot be restored.

  1. In the app

    Account>Account and security>Delete account

    Confirm with your password and you are done. If the app runs in German: Konto > Konto und Sicherheit > Konto löschen.

  2. On the website

    Profile>Security>Delete account

    Confirm with your password and you are done.

  3. By email

    No longer have the app, or forgot your password? Email us from the address of your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

  • Profile, profile picture and login
  • Saved parties, follows and saved searches
  • Notifications
  • Table reservations

Kept

  • Orders with name, email and ticket details, for 10 years (statutory retention), but no longer linked to an account.
  • Tickets for upcoming parties stay valid. Save them as a PDF first.
  • Messages and reports you sent us, without your name.
  • Database backups, for 7 more days at most.

Do you have an organizer profile with a subscription, a Stripe account, sold tickets or published parties? It has to be handed over or closed first. Email us and we will help. Privacy Policy
