About the party
Right in the middle of Chreis Cheib, the new monthly Poetry Slam brings together some of the most exciting and successful voices on the German-language slam scene: experienced stage poets, fresh new names, big stories and punchlines that land.
Stand-up meets storytelling, poetry meets punchlines, fine observation meets well-crafted escalation.
The stage is set for an evening full of witty wordplay, surprises and plenty of energy.
In the end, there is only one question: who will take the Chreis Cheib?

Line-up:
Kilian Ziegler - Olten
Three-time Swiss Poetry Slam champion and a fixture on Switzerland's spoken word and cabaret scenes for many years. The wordsmith from Olten is known for his wordplay and intelligent humour. Since 2013, he has also performed on cabaret stages with musician Samuel Blatter.
Valerio Moser - Langenthal
European Poetry Slam champion in 2025 and Swiss champion in both the individual and team competitions in 2024. He also forms the slam team "InterroBang" with Manuel Diener, which has won the German-language championships twice. The Langenthal-based performer appears on stages far beyond Switzerland as a slam poet, cabaret artist and host.
Flori Wintels - Bad Bentheim, Germany
German-language Poetry Slam champion in 2022 and a three-time Lower Saxony/Bremen champion. The writer, slam poet and musician has been performing since 2009, combining verbal acrobatics, rhyme and rhythm with plenty of humour.
Lena Stokoff - Stuttgart, Germany
Semi-finalist at the 2025 German-language Poetry Slam championships and performing on stages in Germany, Austria and Switzerland since 2017. In early 2027, the Stuttgart-based artist will be part of the line-up for "Best of Poetry Slam Day: Rising Stars" in the Great Hall of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. She is also active in the slam scene as a host and event organiser.
Sarah Anna Fernbach - Wien, Austria
Austrian Poetry Slam champion in 2018 and German-language U20 champion in 2018. The spoken-word artist has performed on stages in Austria, Germany and Switzerland since 2016. Her texts combine humour, wordplay and chains of rhymes. Alongside poetry slam, she is also active in literature and theatre and has written, among other things, couplet lyrics for Landestheater Linz.
