Crystal Ball are back - stronger, more passionate and more energetic than ever! Re-energised and with a fresh drive, Crystal Ball have retreated to the studio to record their next studio album - a work brimming with passion, intensity and the unmistakable power they have always brought to the stage.
After years full of challenges, Steven Mageney, Scott Leach and Peter Berger are making an impressive return together with their new bandmates Mike "Mr. Killjoy" Fahrni (drums) and Chris Lauper (bass). Active since 1999, when they released their debut album, the Swiss flagship of melodic metal have released 12 albums to date. Their 2022 album "Crysteria" was very well received by fans and the press, reaching the Top 10 of the Swiss album charts!
In 2025, health issues led founding member Marcel Sardella to leave the band. Cris Stone also departed, wanting to focus on other things in his life. It was a profound turning point. But instead of giving up, the remaining musicians consciously chose the courageous path of a new beginning. With Mike Fahrni and Chris Lauper, Crystal Ball found renewed energy, fresh inspiration and a powerful new drive. Fans can look forward to an album that carries passion, strength and an unbridled joy of life in every note.
Crystal Ball are back - ready to conquer the stages once again and thrill their fans anew. At Konzerthaus Schüür, the new album "Reset" (release date: 23 October 2026) will be launched.
