Dichtungsring

For fans of refined poetry competitions, it has long since become an institution: Dichtungsring, the city's oldest monthly poetry slam.

On the first Tuesday of every month (this time, exceptionally, on the second), poets compete for the audience's favour, cheered on by hosts Etrit Hasler and Moët Liechti. Sometimes political, sometimes funny, always eloquent and never boring, established slam figures and newcomers engage in a fiery exchange on the Albani-Bühne stage.
