FRANKEY & SANDRINO (Innervisions, DE), ALEX DALLAS

Frankey & Sandrino need no grand entrance. Their sound works through tension, patience and that slightly otherworldly pull that settles somewhere between house, techno and psychedelic night music. Tracks that do not reveal everything straight away and stay with you for exactly that reason.

Their records have been released on Innervisions, Kompakt and Mule Musiq. Their story together began earlier, though: their first release as Frankey & Sandrino came out on Drumpoet Community, Alex Dallas's Zurich label. A connection that never quite faded. Dallas kept bringing the duo back to Zukunft, long before their name became a fixture on major international line-ups.

Now they are together behind the decks again. No revival, no class reunion. Just three people who have understood each other musically for years and know pretty much exactly how late a night can really get.
