The Eurovision standout talent is going on his own headline tour 

Three minutes were enough to take Europe’s breath away. JJ, a 25-year-old countertenor from Vienna, won the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 and brought the title back to Austria after ten years. Overnight, an exceptional voice became a Europe-wide phenomenon. With “Wasted Love”, JJ delivered not only the Eurovision winning song, but also an emotional statement and an expression of his artistic stance: “Love is never wasted”. His music moves between opera and pop, between fragile intimacy and great emotional force – and it is precisely from this that his unmistakable sound emerges, making him one of Europe’s most striking new voices.

Born in 2001 in Vienna, raised in Dubai and later returning to Austria, his career is as international as his music. Since 2022, JJ has been part of the Vienna State Opera and impressed there as well as in TV formats such as “The Voice UK” (2020) and as a finalist on “Starmania21” (2021). With his next songs “Back To Forgetting”, “Haunting Me”, “Shapeshifter” and “Ballerina” he consistently sharpened his artistic signature.

On 14 May 2026, his first EP “Into the Unknown” will be released, which, in addition to the singles already out, also includes the new track “Unknown”, which will celebrate its premiere as part of the Eurovision Song Contest 2026. The EP is another step into a sound world between classical music, modern production and emotional intensity. JJ is not an artist in the background. He is a moment that stays. Europe has discovered him – now the next phase begins.  

And this is exactly where it becomes truly tangible: live on stage. For JJ, live does not mean a show in the classic sense – but an intense experience between opera, pop and pure emotion. His voice does not just fill the room, it transforms it. Between quiet, almost fragile moments and eruptive peaks, a tension emerges that immediately captivates the audience. Anyone who experiences him live does not see a classic pop act, but an artist who makes every line felt.

His first headline shows in Graz and Vienna were both completely sold out. Now, with the Act II – Into The Unknown Tour, comes his first major European tour. The tour starts on 17 September 2026 in Munich, then takes him to Prague, Warsaw, Berlin and Amsterdam, among other cities, before concluding on 30 September 2026 at the Plaza in Zurich.
