Songwriting is an almost daily practice for Ani Modjo and a fixed part of her life. Over the years, numerous songs have been created β many of which she plays with her duo IKAN HYU on club tours and festival stages across Europe. Others, however, she has kept to herself until now β that is changing now. With her solo project, Ani Modjo creates space for exactly these songs. With vocals, electric guitar and perhaps one or two synthesizers, she brings them to the Kraftfeld stage in a stripped-down setting.
