Permanent Vacation

Born in Munich in 2006 out of the record-digging friendship of DJs Benjamin Fröhlich and Tom Bioly, Permanent Vacation has always treated the dancefloor less as a destination than as a state of mind: a place where cosmic disco, Balearic daydreams, house and left-field pop drift in and out of each other like clouds over a late-night horizon. Two decades on, the label still refuses to settle into a single genre, guided instead by a feeling of warmth, melancholy and escape, proof that the best holidays are the ones you never have to come back from.
