About the party
Probably the coolest open mic is back at Bar 59!
MCs from all over Switzerland take the stage and jam together. From complete beginners to seasoned OGs, everyone is welcome! Freestyles and written lyrics are welcome. Singers, beatboxers and poets are welcome too. There are several mics to grab, and the music is provided by great local DJs who bring along the most beautiful instrumentals. Entry is free and you don't need to register.
Open mics are fundamental for rappers. They teach you to control the audience, overcome stage fright and, of course, try new things and exchange ideas with each other. Rapanoia offers a stage for all of this.
