Starter: salsify soup with parsley oil

Dessert: plum crumble with cinnamon ice cream

Meat menu:

Main course: braised beef roast, rich red wine jus, Bramata, autumn vegetables

Vegetarian menu:

Main course: wild mushroom ragout under a puff pastry lid, noodle nest, beurre blanc sauce and vegetable pearls
