The great Nznznz, the highest holiday of all techno devotees, is finally here. For the thirty-third time, Zürich is getting its dose of four-wheeled thunder today. At the first edition in 1992, these (wheels) were not yet mounted on articulated lorries, but on artistically decorated vehicles of all kinds, followed by just a few hundred ravers twitching along. Today, Street Parade is considered the biggest techno party in the world, and the beehive bows before it too—with its traditional street parade celebration. Sebastian Konrad, one of Switzerland’s most internationally successful DJs, heads the line-up, while AIIA, ACID FLORA, Animal Trainer, Caromelle, Dani Dorá, Dangel Twins, Dymos & Shizzo b2b Jay Fase, Kellerkind b2b Anthik, Marcus Meinhardt, Meraki, Matija, Natch b2b Breda, samarsi, Soma Soul and whereisvero provide more than enough musicians who know what the bee needs after the rave by the lake to make a proper extra lap.
