TAWB Festival: Waskabi & Funky Python

THERE ARE WORSE BANDS FESTIVAL 2026

Waskabi
The speakers pound and the powerhouse brass section horns out a wall of sound that sweeps you along. Raw and unpolished, socially critical, wild, loud and fast. This is Waskabi's punk side.
The saxophone plays a sweet melody. The bass's disco groove over the Tyrolean rhythm, paired with Spanish vocals, lets you dream of distant worlds. Calm, fun, cheerful and multi-layered, connected to traditional ska, reggae and world music. This is the more mellow side.
Waskabi's ska takes you on a musical trip around the world aboard the Zeppelin. From the Balkans to England, from Jamaica to South America, with lyrics in dialect, Spanish, English and Russian. Waskabi is definitely the most versatile active ska band in Switzerland.
One last question: Are you up for an #OFFBEATPARTY?!
