The essence of rock'n'roll / Support: Black Market Cadillac
Guitar, bass, drums - the holy trinity of rock’n’roll. Or so they say, at least. Basement Saints couldn’t care less and, instead of a bass player, bring along an original Hammond organ and two Leslies. In fact, their whole show feels like it came straight out of the wild seventies. It immediately makes you want to hop on your chopper without a helmet, smoke filterless cigarettes and fraternise with unshaven women. The influence of 70’s rock’n’roll and Southern rock is impossible to deny or miss. After 13 years of late nights, broken strings and bucketloads of hair conditioner, their passion for blazing riffs and pounding grooves remains unbroken. Their concerts leave you with hard nipples, a thunderous pounding in your head and a raw sense of melancholy about why you were born so late. Tamisiech!
Hammering drums, driving bass and guitars that saw their way through to oblivion - that’s what Black Market Cadillac stand for. On the road since 2018, they bring Alternative, Stoner and straight-up Rock to the stage.
