EISHEILIGE NACHT 2026 – WE WILL FOLK YOU!

Since 2009, SUBWAY TO SALLY have closed out the year with Eisheilige Nacht – an indoor festival where the band joins forces with fellow artists and turns the final days of the year into a loud, exuberant concert party.

Held under the banner “We Will Folk You”, Eisheilige Nacht 2026 celebrates a special friendship: for around 35 years, SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN have shaped the folk and rock scene in the German-speaking world. Both bands have found their own ways of combining traditional sounds with modern rock energy – one through medieval and folk metal, the other through Irish speedfolk. Their paths crossed time and again on tours and at festivals; colleagues became allies and eventually close friends.

In 2026, SUBWAY TO SALLY and FIDDLER’S GREEN share top billing and make it clear what the evening is all about: one big, loud, danceable blowout. The hosts, SUBWAY TO SALLY, delve deep into a discography spanning several decades and combine classics with newer songs. FIDDLER’S GREEN bring all their live experience to the stage: fast tunes, sing-along choruses and the unmistakable Irish drive that allows no moment of stillness.

This package is bolstered by MANNTRA, who bring their powerful, dark blend of rock, metal and folk elements to the stage, as well as SAINT CITY ORCHESTRA, whose hard-hitting folk rock with a punk edge gets the crowd moving even more. Together, the four bands form a line-up fuelled by live energy from the first minute to the last.

Eisheilige Nacht 2026 therefore remains what it has been for years: a year-end celebration among friends – on stage, in front of it and behind it. Anyone who wants to know what “We Will Folk You” means will find the answer in the mosh pit.
