NO CIGAR (NZ)

The New Zealand indie rock band NO CIGAR from Auckland captivates audiences with a laid-back mix of soul, indie rock, and warm surf vibes. The five-piece formation led by Willy Ferrier combines relaxed grooves with anthemic choruses and a palpable DIY attitude – music that sounds at once like a road trip, a sunset, and a sweaty club show.

Since their formation, the band has built a steadily growing international fanbase with three studio albums and relentless touring – from New Zealand to the UK, the USA, and Europe. Their shows are known for their unmistakable flow between laid-back coolness and explosive live energy.

The 2025 album "Under The Surface" was largely created in Chantilly, France, where the band rehearsed, wrote, and recorded during their 2023 European tour. The songs reflect life on the road – between homesickness, wanderlust, and the search for what lies beneath the surface. The album was completed during the subsequent New Zealand tour with producer Connor Jaine.

After sold-out tours in the UK and New Zealand, we are delighted to welcome NO CIGAR to Switzerland for the first time in 2026!
