MIGHTY METAL ODYSSEY

The Motocultor Across Europe Tour returns in winter 2027 with full force. Headlined by Italian symphonic power metal legends Rhapsody Of Fire, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary with a very special setlist, the tour package promises an epic journey through the European metal landscape. Serious Black join the line-up as special guests.

From 7 January to 6 February 2027, the Motocultor Across Europe Tour will travel through eleven countries, once again bringing a carefully curated selection of international metal acts to the stage. At the heart of the tour are Rhapsody Of Fire, who for three decades have stood for majestic symphonic power metal, cinematic orchestrations, heroic stories and breathtaking musicianship. To mark their anniversary, fans can look forward to a special setlist that takes them through the most important chapters of the band’s history and celebrates the Italians’ great anthems in fitting style. Special guests Serious Black will add even more intensity. The international melodic metal outfit combines powerful riffs, modern production and catchy choruses into an energetic sound that fits this package perfectly. Silver Dust and Rock Out will also be on the bill, representing the home-grown Swiss hard’n’heavy spirit with full force. The package is rounded off by power metallers Aeon Gods. An eclectic night of metal featuring international heavyweights and concentrated live energy is guaranteed.

Rhapsody of Fire: One thing is certain with Rhapsody Of Fire: the Italian melodic power metal veterans have delivered uncompromisingly since 1993. With 14 studio albums and their unique “Symphonic Epic Hollywood Metal”, mastermind Alex Staropoli has influenced entire generations of metal bands. On their latest album, “Challenge The Wind”, the band relies entirely on uptempo tracks and pure metal without ballads for the first time.

Serious Black: Since 2014, Serious Black have stood for anthemic power metal and energetic live shows around the world. With “Rise Of Akhenaton”, they returned to the straightforward, classic sound that made the band famous. Singer Nikola Mijic gives the songs added directness and powerful melodies.

Silver Dust from Porrentruy have made a name for themselves with strong festival appearances and tours across Europe. Following shows with bands such as Soen, Lordi and Moonspell, they return in 2025 with “Symphony Of Chaos”. The album combines epic melodies, hard riffs and atmospheric depth to create a new chapter in their sound.

Aeon Gods: After Aeternitas came to an end, Anja and Alex Hunzinger created a new cinematic power and symphonic metal project with Aeon Gods. The album “Reborn To Light” delves deep into the world of Egyptian mythology, combining orchestral soundscapes with heavy riffs and grand choirs. At its centre is the dramatic journey of the sun god Re through the underworld.

Rock Out stand for honest, no-frills rock’n’roll with beer, leather jackets and boundless energy. The Emmental-based band is regarded as one of the great hopes of Swiss rock and uncompromisingly embraces a classic guitar sound. Powerful, passionate and down-to-earth, they bring fresh air to a genre that simply refuses to die.
