Swiss rockers Shakra return to Z7 on 23 October 2026 with a new album. Under the programmatic title “Just Live Loud”, they will present fresh songs while bringing together everything that has shaped the band over three decades. “Become who you are,” Shakra quote Friedrich Nietzsche – making it clear that this chapter is more than just another release. It is a statement. An evening for everyone who doesn’t just listen to rock, but lives it.

For more than 30 years, Shakra have navigated the highs and lows of the music business without ever wavering from their course. Line-up changes, the pandemic hiatus and changing trends have never knocked the band off track. Instead, they have created a distinctive sound universe somewhere between hard rock and metal, constantly evolving without denying its roots. The success speaks for itself: since 2007, every studio album has reached the upper echelons of the Swiss charts, with “Invincible” even making it to number one. But after all these years, Shakra are not interested in being louder than anyone else or chasing trends. It is about being clearer. More authentic.

Mud Slick: After more than 25 years, Swiss hard rockers Mud Slick are celebrating their comeback and bringing the uncompromising sound of their cult album “Keep Crawlin’ In The Mud” back to the stage. Recorded in Hollywood in the early 1990s, the debut quickly became a cult favourite among fans of straightforward hard rock in the style of Skid Row or Van Halen. After numerous shows across Europe and the USA, the band is returning in 2025 with renewed energy: original members Heinz Baumann and Serge Christen will once again take the stage alongside singer Fabio Chiodi and bassist Daniel Schmid – raw, powerful and packed with energy.

Unchain stand for straightforward, honest hard rock with big melodies, gripping guitar riffs and plenty of live energy. The Swiss band combines the driving groove of AC/DC with stadium-ready hooks in the spirit of Bryan Adams and Bon Jovi, without losing its own distinctive character. Since their formation, the band have earned an excellent reputation with powerful live shows and have already shared the stage with names such as Uriah Heep, Europe, Steve Lukather and Krokus. With their latest releases “Faith” and “Smthng Nw”, Unchain sound more modern, catchy and enthusiastic than ever – the perfect ingredients for an exhilarating rock show.
